1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Confirmation: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • High Volume Periods: During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience.

  • Customized Orders: We Provides Time to be taken in case of each customized Orders. We are sure you will understand, Customize Products take time, but rest assured, we provide most accurate delivery timeline according to product.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We strive to provide transparent and affordable shipping for all our customers.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We are proud to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: * Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location (Metro cities typically receive orders faster than remote areas).

3. International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international locations including Canada and Singapore.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.

  • Delivery Time: 10–15 business days.

  • Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Grootinn is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

  • Serviceable Pin-codes: While we cover most of India, if your location is in a non-serviceable zone by our courier partners, we will contact you to find an alternative or issue a full refund.

  • International Shipping: We generally communicate With you in case of your order address is "out of india", We will specify time to be taken approximately to get parcel delivered.

6. Damages and Issues

Grootinn is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers:

  • If you receive a damaged package, please retain the original packaging and contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately.

  • Important: Please write "Received Damaged" on the delivery receipt when signing for the package if the external packaging looks tampered with or torn.

7. Delays & Service Interruptions

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or extreme weather may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email or SMS.

8. Cancellations
